Brian is the broker at CPR Realty. He is a Georgia native. His family has lived in and around Cherokee and Cobb County since he was born. Brian attended Georgia State University where he received a bachelor and masters degree in Decision Sciences (a.k.a. Business Analyses and/or Business Statistics. In addition to holding two degrees and several professional designations, he is currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Brian has worked to build his real estate career portfolio. He received his real estate license at eighteen years of age and his broker's license three years later. In 1992, he and his father opened CPR Realty, Inc. with the vision for becoming the premier commercial and land brokerage firm in Cherokee County. Since the beginning, Brian's primary concentration has been building long-term relationships with clients and customers. He focuses on being creative and making sound investment decisions on behalf of his clients. Brian is focused on buying, selling, developing, and building properties. Brian and his father still work side by side daily and have a combined 40+ years of experience.
Benny is the associate broker of CPR Realty, Inc. He was born and raised in Kennesaw, Georgia and attended LaGrange College, where he played basketball. Benny served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era and later attended Georgia State University, majoring in Accounting.
After a number of years in banking and finance, Benny soon started Acme Lumber Company in Cobb County and Able Lumber Company in Cherokee. Beginning in the early 1980's, Benny became involved in the development of several residential subdivisions in the area. This experience helped to prepare him for a career in the real estate industry.
Having an interest in the field for some time, he completed the coursework to acquire his agent's license and went to work for a local real estate firm. After four years with the company he made the big decision to open his own firm. Benny later sold this firm to open CPR Realty, Inc. with his son. Since the beginning, he and Brian have concentrated their efforts in becoming familiar and knowledgeable of the land and commercial real estate industry in Cherokee County. Out of this wisdom they have shared the vision of developing their company to become the premier commercial and land brokerage firm in the county.
